Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, taking orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages, including coffee, baked goods, sandwiches, and soups, adhering to Tim Hortons’ quality standards.
- Operate cash register, process payments, and handle cash transactions with precision.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including dining area, counter, and food preparation areas.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Restock inventory, including condiments, paper products, and food items, as needed.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures of the restaurant.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the overall guest experience.
Required Skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and cash handling.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
