Key Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth analysis of large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to business performance and product development.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that effectively communicate key metrics and analytical findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and operations teams to define data requirements and support data-driven decision-making.
- Design and implement A/B tests and other experimental designs to evaluate the impact of new features and initiatives.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to address specific business questions and provide actionable recommendations.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting and analytical outputs.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of data infrastructure, tools, and best practices.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and alert relevant teams to significant changes or anomalies.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or similar role.
- Expert proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Proficiency in statistical analysis and familiarity with statistical software (e.g., R, Python with Pandas/NumPy).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, concise, and actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant quantitative field.
