Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the safety and security of all passengers and crew during flights.
  • Deliver exceptional in-flight customer service, attending to passenger needs and special requests.
  • Conduct pre-flight safety checks and communicate all safety procedures clearly to passengers.
  • Serve meals, beverages, and other amenities with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Administer first aid and respond effectively to medical emergencies onboard.
  • Manage and resolve passenger conflicts or difficult situations with tact and composure.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and comfortable cabin environment.
  • Adhere strictly to all aviation regulations, company policies, and security protocols.
  • Complete all necessary pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight documentation.
  • Collaborate effectively with the flight deck crew and other cabin crew members.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a pleasant and empathetic demeanor.
  • Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure or in emergency situations.
  • High level of personal grooming and presentation.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Physical fitness to perform duties, including lifting and reaching.
  • Ability to work long hours, irregular shifts, and be away from home for extended periods.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and quick decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications
