Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and security of all passengers and cabin crew members.
- Deliver exceptional in-flight customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Conduct pre-flight safety checks of the cabin, equipment, and emergency exits.
- Provide clear and concise safety briefings to passengers before take-off.
- Assist passengers with boarding, seating, and carry-on luggage.
- Serve meals, beverages, and other amenities, adhering to service standards.
- Address passenger inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and courteously.
- Handle unexpected situations, emergencies, and medical incidents with calm efficiency.
- Maintain cabin cleanliness and order throughout the flight.
- Complete all required paperwork and reports accurately after each flight.
- Collaborate effectively with pilots, ground staff, and fellow cabin crew members.
Required Skills
- Excellent command of English (written and verbal)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Exceptional customer service abilities and a positive attitude
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Proven ability to remain calm and resourceful under pressure
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physically fit and able to perform duties such as lifting, reaching, and standing for extended periods
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer-facing role
