Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and assess clients' financial needs and recommend suitable loan products.
- Structure, negotiate, and close loan agreements, ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct thorough financial analysis, credit assessments, and risk evaluations for loan applications.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and financial advice.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team loan origination and sales targets.
- Monitor loan portfolios, manage delinquencies, and ensure timely repayment.

Required Skills
