Key Responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring banking operations to ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Support senior compliance officers in conducting regular compliance reviews and risk assessments.
- Help to investigate and report suspicious transactions, ensuring strict adherence to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF) guidelines.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date compliance records and documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of compliance reports for management and regulatory bodies.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of compliance training programs for bank staff.
- Keep abreast of changes in regulatory laws and guidelines impacting the banking sector.
- Provide basic compliance advice and support to internal departments as directed.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- High level of integrity, ethical conduct, and discretion.

Preferred Qualifications
