Key Responsibilities
- Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities for assigned business units.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, management reports, and presentations for senior leadership.
- Partner with business unit heads to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Oversee cash flow management, working capital optimization, and financial risk assessment.
- Ensure compliance with corporate financial policies, accounting standards (e.g., IFRS), and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in cross-functional projects, providing financial expertise and guidance.
- Mentor and support junior finance team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve financial processes and systems through automation and best practices.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS) and financial regulations.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday Financials).
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent.
- Experience in the telecommunications, technology, or a related fast-paced industry.
- Prior experience with business partnering and strategic financial advisory.
