Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of financial strategies, budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans.
  • Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, treasury, tax, and audit functions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports, analyses, and key performance indicators to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, providing actionable recommendations for business improvement.
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and investment strategies to optimize financial performance.
  • Develop and maintain robust internal controls and financial policies to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a Finance Executive, Finance Manager, or similar role (minimum 6 years).

  • Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
