Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of financial strategies, budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans.
- Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, treasury, tax, and audit functions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports, analyses, and key performance indicators to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, providing actionable recommendations for business improvement.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and investment strategies to optimize financial performance.
- Develop and maintain robust internal controls and financial policies to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with various department heads to support their financial needs and facilitate sound business decisions.

Required Skills
