Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and performance reviews to identify key drivers and insights.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports, presentations, and dashboards for senior management and stakeholders.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process and periodic re-forecasting exercises, collaborating with various departments.
- Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, providing proactive explanations for deviations.
- Support strategic projects and initiatives by providing financial expertise and ad-hoc analysis.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies, procedures, and external regulatory requirements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains within the finance function.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in a finance analyst role or similar.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, financial functions, data modeling).
- Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and financial analysis techniques.
- Proven ability to analyze complex financial data and translate it into clear, actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional certification such as CPA (K), ACCA, or CFA candidate.
- Experience with large-scale ERP systems, particularly SAP S/4HANA.
- Experience in the telecommunications or technology industry.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Master's degree in Finance or Business Administration.
