Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and performance reviews to identify key drivers and insights.
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial reports, presentations, and dashboards for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Assist in the annual budgeting process and periodic re-forecasting exercises, collaborating with various departments.
  • Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, providing proactive explanations for deviations.
  • Support strategic projects and initiatives by providing financial expertise and ad-hoc analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with internal financial policies, procedures, and external regulatory requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains within the finance function.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in a finance analyst role or similar.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, financial functions, data modeling).
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and financial analysis techniques.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex financial data and translate it into clear, actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional certification such as CPA (K), ACCA, or CFA candidate.
  • Experience with large-scale ERP systems, particularly SAP S/4HANA.
  • Experience in the telecommunications or technology industry.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Master's degree in Finance or Business Administration.
