Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and logistical coordination of field activities and project events.
  • Support the senior field team in data collection, monitoring, and reporting on project progress.
  • Help maintain effective communication channels with local partners, community leaders, and beneficiaries.
  • Facilitate the procurement and distribution of project materials and resources as needed.
  • Participate in community meetings, workshops, and awareness campaigns, ensuring accurate information dissemination.
  • Provide administrative support to the field office, including managing schedules and documentation.
  • Contribute to the identification of community needs and challenges, informing project adaptations.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational policies, safety protocols, and ethical guidelines in all field operations.
  • Assist in basic financial tracking and documentation for field-level expenditures.
  • Support the integration of gender, protection, and inclusion principles into field activities.

Required Skills

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities (both written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in English and Czech languages
