Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and logistical coordination of field activities and project events.
- Support the senior field team in data collection, monitoring, and reporting on project progress.
- Help maintain effective communication channels with local partners, community leaders, and beneficiaries.
- Facilitate the procurement and distribution of project materials and resources as needed.
- Participate in community meetings, workshops, and awareness campaigns, ensuring accurate information dissemination.
- Provide administrative support to the field office, including managing schedules and documentation.
- Contribute to the identification of community needs and challenges, informing project adaptations.
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies, safety protocols, and ethical guidelines in all field operations.
- Assist in basic financial tracking and documentation for field-level expenditures.
- Support the integration of gender, protection, and inclusion principles into field activities.
Required Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities (both written and verbal)
- Proficiency in English and Czech languages
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and multicultural environment
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office Suite)
- Proactive and adaptable with a strong problem-solving aptitude

- Willingness to travel frequently to project sites within the region
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in International Development, Social Sciences, Project Management, or a related field
