Key Responsibilities
- Actively participate in the promotion and sales of the bank's products and services to new and existing customers.
- Identify and target potential clients to expand the bank's customer base within the Rumuola community and beyond.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive activities.
- Prepare and present marketing reports on sales activities, pipeline, and achieved targets.
- Collaborate with other branch staff to ensure seamless customer service and product delivery.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall profitability of the branch.
- Represent Fidelity Bank positively at community events, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Stay updated on banking products, services, and industry regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
