As a Loan Officer at Fidelity Bank, you will be at the forefront of our customer engagement, playing a critical role in originating, evaluating, and processing various loan applications. Key Responsibilities

  • Originate, evaluate, and process various types of loan applications (personal, business, mortgage, etc.).
  • Conduct thorough financial analysis, credit assessments, and risk evaluations of potential borrowers.
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and offering suitable solutions.
  • Proactively identify and cultivate new business opportunities to grow the bank's loan portfolio.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for loan origination and other banking products.
  • Ensure strict adherence to the bank's credit policies, lending guidelines, and regulatory compliance standards.
  • Prepare comprehensive credit proposals and present recommendations to management.
  • Monitor existing loan portfolios to ensure timely repayments and identify potential issues.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client inquiries promptly and efficiently.
