Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload packages from vehicles, trailers, and conveyor belts.
- Sort and scan packages based on destination and delivery routes.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks, if certified.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support daily operations.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs, and up to 75 lbs with assistance.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and climb stairs or ladders for extended periods.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Basic comprehension of English for safety instructions and communication.

- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or similar physical labor role.
