Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team and management.
- Manage and organize calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring data integrity and easy retrieval.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
- Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and tracking of various operational metrics.
- Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Support new employee onboarding processes, including paperwork and orientation assistance.
- Facilitate internal and external communications, acting as a point of contact.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Required Skills
