Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, take food and beverage orders accurately, and process payments using the POS system.
- Prepare food and drink items according to A&W recipes and quality standards, ensuring freshness and presentation.
- Handle cash and card transactions with accuracy, providing correct change and processing card payments efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including counter areas, dining space, and food preparation stations.
- Restock supplies such as napkins, condiments, and beverage ingredients as needed.
- Adhere strictly to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe environment for both customers and staff.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning equipment and preparing for the next shift.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving any concerns promptly and courteously.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive atmosphere.
