Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet customers and take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Process cash, debit, and credit card transactions, ensuring accuracy and proper cash handling procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the cashier station, dining area, and condiment stations.
- Assist with basic food preparation and serving when needed, following all food safety and hygiene standards.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally and courteously, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Ensure all orders are packaged correctly and handed to customers promptly, verifying order accuracy.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer flow.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations, including those related to food handling and sanitation.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required, including cleaning, stocking, and preparing for the next shift.
Required Skills

- Basic mathematical proficiency and ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
