Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and greet customers as they enter and leave the restaurant.
- Accurately take customer orders and input them into the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Process cash and card payments efficiently and accurately, providing correct change.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously to customers.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the counter area, dining space, and work stations.
- Assist in food preparation and packaging as needed, ensuring adherence to hygiene standards.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth order flow.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints professionally, escalating when necessary.
- Monitor food displays and replenish items as required to maintain visual appeal and freshness.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
