Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and engage customers, offering personalized styling advice and product recommendations based on their individual needs and preferences.
- Actively drive sales to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets through effective selling techniques, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of current fashion trends, seasonal collections, and all products carried by De-Royale Boutique, including fabric types, care instructions, and brand stories.
- Ensure the boutique floor is impeccably merchandised, clean, and inviting at all times, strictly adhering to De-Royale's visual merchandising standards.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system, handle cash, credit card payments, and manage returns/exchanges professionally.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving new shipments, steaming, tagging, organizing stock, and conducting regular stock counts to ensure accuracy.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships, fostering loyalty and encouraging repeat business through exceptional service and follow-up.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns professionally, courteously, and promptly, striving for a positive resolution.
- Participate actively in special events, promotional activities, and marketing initiatives as required to drive store traffic and sales.
- Collaborate effectively with the boutique team to achieve overall store objectives and consistently uphold De-Royale's premium brand image and customer service standards.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably within fashion retail or a boutique setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively with diverse clientele.
- Deep passion for fashion, current trends, styling, and a keen eye for detail.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a commission-based, results-driven environment.
- Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as retail demands.
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications.
