Job Description
Are you a highly skilled and passionate horticulturalist with a deep love for sustainable land stewardship, seeking a unique opportunity in a prestigious setting? Sterling Staffing Solutions is exclusively recruiting on behalf of a distinguished client for an Estate Horticulturist, traditionally known as a ‘Farmhand,’ for a sprawling luxury private estate located in the exclusive Beverly Hills area. This isn’t your typical farm role; it’s an opportunity to manage and cultivate a diverse and exquisite outdoor environment, encompassing meticulously designed ornamental gardens, a flourishing organic vegetable and herb patch, a small private orchard, and specialized botanical collections.
We are looking for an individual who embodies expertise, dedication, and a proactive approach to maintaining the highest standards of natural beauty and ecological health across significant grounds. The successful candidate will be instrumental in implementing biodynamic and organic practices, ensuring the vitality and aesthetic perfection of every plant and landscape feature. This role demands a comprehensive understanding of horticulture, plant pathology, irrigation systems, and sustainable land management. Beyond cultivation, you will be responsible for the general upkeep of the grounds, contributing to an immaculate and serene environment for the estate’s residents.
This exceptional opportunity includes on-site private accommodation within the estate grounds, offering a comfortable and convenient living arrangement. Furthermore, we are pleased to offer visa sponsorship for the right international candidate who demonstrates exceptional skills and a commitment to a long-term role. If you are ready to apply your agricultural and horticultural expertise to a truly unique and rewarding position, fostering the growth of a magnificent estate while enjoying the benefits of a supportive and luxurious environment, we encourage you to apply.
