Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily feeding, watering, and monitoring of livestock health and welfare.
- Clean and sanitize barns, pens, and farm equipment according to strict biosecurity protocols.
- Assist with animal handling, movement, and vaccination programs.
- Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment (e.g., tractors, skid steers) safely and efficiently.
- Conduct general farm maintenance tasks, including fencing, repairs, and groundskeeping.
- Monitor feed and water systems to ensure optimal performance and address any issues promptly.
- Record relevant production data, such as feed intake, animal weight, and health observations.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members on various farm projects and seasonal tasks.
