Key Responsibilities
- Perform general farm duties including planting, cultivating, irrigating, and harvesting various crops.
- Assist with the feeding, watering, and general care of livestock, ensuring their welfare and health.
- Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment (e.g., tractors, harvesters, utility vehicles) safely and efficiently.
- Undertake general farm maintenance tasks such as fencing repair, building upkeep, and grounds keeping.
- Monitor crop and animal health, identifying and reporting any signs of disease, pests, or distress to the farm manager promptly.
- Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations, farm protocols, and environmental guidelines at all times.
- Participate in seasonal tasks, including assistance with lambing, shearing, milking, and crop protection activities as required.
Required Skills
- Proven ability to perform physically demanding tasks outdoors in various weather conditions (rain, sun, cold).
- Strong work ethic, reliability, punctuality, and a positive, 'can-do' attitude.
- Basic understanding of agricultural practices or a strong willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
- Ability to work effectively both independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively as part of a diverse team.

Preferred Qualifications
