Key Responsibilities
- Perform general farm duties including planting, weeding, cultivating, irrigating, and harvesting crops.
- Assist with the care and feeding of livestock (e.g., poultry), ensuring their health and well-being.
- Operate and maintain basic farm equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Clean and prepare farm facilities, barns, and animal enclosures.
- Monitor crops and animals for signs of disease, pests, or distress and report to supervisors.
- Assist with packaging and loading agricultural products for distribution.
- Adhere to all farm safety guidelines and protocols.
- Carry out other farm-related tasks as assigned by the farm supervisor.
