Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload materials and products from machines, conveyors, and pallets.
- Operate basic production machinery and hand tools under supervision.
- Perform routine quality checks on products, identifying and reporting defects.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all company safety protocols.
- Assist with inventory management by moving, counting, and organizing materials.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.
- Follow detailed work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Prepare finished products for shipment, including packaging and labeling.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify product imperfections.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
