Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the assembly and packaging of products on the production line following standard operating procedures.
  • Monitor product quality, identifying and reporting any defects or issues to supervisors immediately.
  • Load and unload materials and products onto the assembly line, ensuring proper placement and flow.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Operate basic machinery and tools as instructed, always prioritizing safety protocols.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets.
  • Perform routine quality checks and visual inspections of products at various stages of production.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, quality, and attendance.

Required Skills

  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Basic comprehension of English for safety instructions and communication.
