Job Description

Crown Cork & Seal Company (Canada) Inc. is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as an Entry-Level Factory Assembly Line Helper in our Swansea, Toronto facility. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals with little to no prior experience to gain valuable skills and contribute to the production of high-quality packaging solutions. As an Assembly Line Helper, you will play a crucial role in supporting our production operations, working alongside experienced team members to ensure the smooth and efficient flow of products through our assembly lines.

You will be responsible for various tasks that contribute to the overall efficiency and quality of our manufacturing process. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the assembly and packaging of products on the production line following standard operating procedures.
- Monitor product quality, identifying and reporting any defects or issues to supervisors immediately.
- Load and unload materials and products onto the assembly line, ensuring proper placement and flow.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Operate basic machinery and tools as instructed, always prioritizing safety protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets.
- Perform routine quality checks and visual inspections of products at various stages of production.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, quality, and attendance.
Required Skills
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions effectively.

- Basic comprehension of English for safety instructions and communication.
