Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Assist Project Managers in the planning, execution, and monitoring of project schedules and deliverables.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and track action items to ensure follow-through.
- Manage project documentation, including creation, organization, and distribution of reports, presentations, and other materials.
- Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and external vendors.
- Track project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
- Help manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and processing invoices.
- Support resource planning and allocation to ensure projects are adequately staffed.
- Utilize project management tools and software to maintain accurate project data and reporting.
- Onboard new team members to project tools and processes as needed.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement within project workflows.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience in a project coordination or administrative support role.
- Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Experience managing multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
