Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of Facebook advertising campaigns, including ad creation, targeting, and bidding strategies.
- Monitor daily Facebook ad performance, identify trends, and prepare reports on key metrics such as reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
- Support the content creation process for Facebook posts and ads, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Conduct competitive research and stay up-to-date with the latest Facebook platform changes, trends, and best practices.
- Engage with Facebook communities and respond to comments/messages under the guidance of senior team members, fostering a positive brand image.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., creative, e-commerce, analytics) to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
- Assist in A/B testing various ad creatives, copy, and targeting parameters to optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Maintain organized records of campaign assets, results, and learnings.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Facebook Business Manager and Ads Manager.
- Strong understanding of Facebook's advertising ecosystem, including targeting options and ad formats.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
