Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives across various channels (digital, print, events).
- Support content creation efforts, including drafting social media posts, email newsletters, and website updates.
- Coordinate logistics for marketing events, webinars, and conferences, including scheduling, material preparation, and attendee management.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive activities, and opportunities for engagement.
- Manage and update marketing databases and CRM systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and processing invoices.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing activities, assisting with data compilation and analysis.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., design, communications, sales) to ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other marketing collateral as needed.
- Maintain marketing inventory and ensure materials are readily available for team use.
Required Skills
