Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR team, including efficient scheduling of meetings, managing complex calendars, and preparing impactful presentations and reports.
- Maintain and diligently update employee records and various HR databases with the utmost accuracy, integrity, and strict confidentiality.
- Assist seamlessly with the onboarding and offboarding processes, which includes preparing essential new hire paperwork, coordinating first-day logistics, and managing exit procedures.
- Respond promptly and professionally to general employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, payroll procedures, and other HR-related matters, or escalate as appropriate to senior HR personnel.
- Support critical talent acquisition efforts by assisting with job postings, coordinating candidate interviews, and facilitating clear and consistent communication with applicants.
- Assist in the meticulous organization and coordination of HR-related events, comprehensive training sessions, and impactful employee engagement activities.
- Prepare various HR-related reports and presentations as requested by leadership, ensuring data integrity and timely delivery for strategic decision-making.
Required Skills
