Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik Sense.
- Collaborate with consulting teams and clients to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for data solutions.
- Design and implement data models, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Perform statistical analysis and interpret results to provide data-driven recommendations.
- Present findings and insights to stakeholders, including technical and non-technical audiences, clearly and concisely.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of data analysis methodologies and tools.
- Participate in client meetings and workshops to gather requirements and validate solutions.
- Mentor junior team members and share knowledge within the analytics practice.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience in a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik Sense).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of explaining complex data to diverse audiences.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis.
