Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Support senior business development professionals in client outreach and relationship management activities.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and other client-facing materials.
- Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels including networking and digital tools.
- Maintain and update client relationship management (CRM) systems with accurate and timely information.
- Collaborate with service line teams to understand client needs and align them with EY's offerings.
- Participate in client meetings and internal strategy sessions, contributing insights and ideas.
- Help track and analyze business development metrics to inform future strategies.
- Represent EY at industry events, conferences, and networking functions as required.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a client-facing role, preferably in professional services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a desire to achieve targets.
