Job Description
Manco Abbott is seeking a highly professional, discreet, and experienced Executive Personal Driver to provide safe and reliable transportation services for our executive team members in Fresno, California, and surrounding areas. This is a pivotal full-time role requiring exceptional driving skills, a strong commitment to punctuality, and an unwavering dedication to confidentiality and professionalism. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the comfort, safety, and security of our executives, handling all transportation needs with precision and a proactive approach. This includes daily commutes, business meetings, airport transfers, and occasional personal errands as directed. Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe, punctual, and reliable transportation for executives to meetings, appointments, airports, and other destinations as required.
- Plan and execute efficient routes, considering traffic, weather, and road conditions to ensure timely arrival.
- Maintain the executive vehicle(s) in pristine condition, ensuring cleanliness, fuel levels, and routine maintenance checks are performed.
- Uphold strict confidentiality and discretion regarding all executive movements, conversations, and personal information.
- Assist executives with loading and unloading luggage, packages, or other items as needed.
- Monitor vehicle security, ensuring safe parking and adherence to all traffic laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance.
- Be flexible with working hours, including early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends, based on executive schedules.
- Anticipate executive needs and proactively address potential issues or changes in itinerary.
Required Skills
- Valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a personal or executive driver.
- Exceptional knowledge of Fresno and Central Valley road networks.
