Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain executives' complex schedules, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports or documents as requested by executives.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening and directing calls and inquiries.
- Assist in the preparation of board meetings, including compiling materials and taking minutes.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and general administrative duties to ensure smooth departmental operations.
- Facilitate effective communication flow within the executive team and across departments.
- Support special projects and initiatives as assigned, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive approach.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Proven ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Amharic.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
