Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain complex calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, ensuring efficient time management for executives.
- Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports, ensuring accuracy and professional presentation.
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Process expense reports and manage petty cash in adherence to company policies.
- Act as a primary point of contact, screening and directing phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Assist with planning and organizing internal and external company events and gatherings.
- Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by executives, conducting research and compiling data as needed.
- Maintain an organized filing system, both digital and physical.
- Facilitate effective communication flow within the executive team and across departments.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Polish and English (written and verbal communication).
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and adapt to changing demands.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
