Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries for executives.
  • Act as a primary point of contact, screening and directing calls, emails, and visitors with professionalism.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and arranging logistics.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
  • Process expense reports, invoices, and other financial documentation.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the executive team.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on action items and commitments.
  • Maintain an organized filing system, both physical and electronic.

Required Skills

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hebrew.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • High level of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional training.
