Excel Comprehensive College is actively seeking a highly organized, meticulously detail-oriented, and dedicated Exam Officer to become a vital part of our dynamic administrative team. Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule, and manage all internal and external examinations in accordance with school policies and examination body guidelines.
  • Coordinate with academic departments for timely submission of examination questions and continuous assessment data.
  • Prepare examination timetables, assign invigilators, and ensure proper allocation of examination venues.
  • Oversee the printing, collation, and secure storage of examination papers and answer scripts.
  • Manage the registration of students for external examinations (e.g., WAEC, NECO, IGCSE, etc.).
  • Accurately record, process, and update student academic results and other relevant data in the school management system.
  • Generate and distribute student reports, transcripts, and certificates in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Act as the primary liaison with external examination bodies, ensuring compliance with all their regulations and deadlines.
  • Maintain comprehensive and confidential records of all examination-related documentation.
  • Provide guidance and support to students and staff regarding examination rules and procedures.
  • Assist in the analysis of examination results to identify trends and areas for academic improvement.
  • Ensure the integrity and security of all examination materials and data at all times.
