Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of event spaces, including arranging tables, chairs, decorations, and audio-visual equipment according to specifications.
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor, directing them to appropriate areas.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and courteously during events, adhering to all hygiene and service standards.
- Monitor event areas to ensure cleanliness, tidiness, and guest comfort throughout the duration of the event.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and effectively to any requests or issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with the event management team and other staff members to ensure seamless event execution.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations and company policies.
- Assist with inventory management and preparation of event materials as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

- Ability to speak Swedish is an advantage, though not strictly required
- High school diploma or equivalent
