Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the end-to-end planning and execution of music festival events, from initial concept development to post-event analysis.
- Coordinate with artists, talent agencies, vendors, suppliers, and venue management to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage event timelines, schedules, and budgets, ensuring all deadlines are met and costs are within approved parameters.
- Oversee on-site event logistics, including setup, breakdown, crowd management, and emergency procedures.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Prepare comprehensive event documentation, including risk assessments, production schedules, and post-event reports.
- Support marketing and promotional activities for festivals, ensuring maximum reach and engagement.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in event coordination or project management, preferably within music, entertainment, or large-scale public events.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of liaising effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software.

- Valid UK driving license and willingness to travel and work unsociable hours as required by event schedules.
