As an Event Coordinator specialising in music festivals, you will be instrumental in the planning, logistics, and execution of various festival components. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the end-to-end planning and execution of music festival events, from initial concept development to post-event analysis.
  • Coordinate with artists, talent agencies, vendors, suppliers, and venue management to ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage event timelines, schedules, and budgets, ensuring all deadlines are met and costs are within approved parameters.
  • Oversee on-site event logistics, including setup, breakdown, crowd management, and emergency procedures.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
  • Prepare comprehensive event documentation, including risk assessments, production schedules, and post-event reports.
  • Support marketing and promotional activities for festivals, ensuring maximum reach and engagement.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in event coordination or project management, preferably within music, entertainment, or large-scale public events.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of liaising effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software.
