Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of event venues, including arranging tables, chairs, decorations, and equipment.
- Support the catering team in plating, serving, and replenishing food and beverages during events.
- Greet and direct guests with a friendly and professional demeanor, providing information and assistance as needed.
- Help manage event logistics, including registration, cloakroom duties, and crowd flow.
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of event areas throughout the duration of the event.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and requests, escalating issues when necessary.
- Work collaboratively with the event management team and other staff to ensure seamless event execution.
