Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the setup and breakdown of event venues, including arranging tables, chairs, decorations, and equipment.
  • Support the catering team in plating, serving, and replenishing food and beverages during events.
  • Greet and direct guests with a friendly and professional demeanor, providing information and assistance as needed.
  • Help manage event logistics, including registration, cloakroom duties, and crowd flow.
  • Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of event areas throughout the duration of the event.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and requests, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Work collaboratively with the event management team and other staff to ensure seamless event execution.
