As an integral part of our HR and Organizational Development function, you will play a crucial supporting role in the coordination, organization, and execution of comprehensive training programs. This includes everything from assisting with training needs assessments, contributing to instructional material development, managing logistical arrangements for workshops, facilitating introductory sessions, to supporting program evaluation and impact measurement.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the coordination and scheduling of training programs and workshops.
- Support the preparation of training materials, presentations, and participant guides.
- Manage logistical arrangements for training sessions, including venue setup, equipment, and catering.
- Maintain accurate records of training attendance and participant feedback.
- Administer pre- and post-training assessments and surveys.
- Help facilitate introductory sections of training sessions and team-building activities.
- Collaborate with internal departments to identify specific training needs and content requirements.
- Provide administrative support to the HR and Training department.
- Research and recommend innovative training tools and methodologies.
- Contribute to the evaluation of training effectiveness and prepare summary reports.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Kiswahili.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- High level of initiative and a proactive approach to learning.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
