Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior technical consultants in meticulously analyzing client business requirements and effectively translating them into precise technical specifications.
- Actively participate in the diligent design, meticulous configuration, and seamless implementation of a wide array of ICT solutions, including cloud platforms, network solutions, and advanced cybersecurity tools.
- Provide essential technical support and effective troubleshooting for client issues under the expert supervision of senior team members.
- Prepare and diligently maintain comprehensive technical documentation, encompassing detailed solution designs, user-friendly manuals, and thorough project reports.
- Conduct in-depth research on emerging technologies and prevailing industry best practices to continually support and enhance solution development.
- Collaborate effectively and harmoniously with cross-functional teams, including sales, project management, and engineering departments.
- Participate actively in client meetings and engaging presentations to gather critical requirements and articulate innovative solution concepts.
- Support rigorous testing and comprehensive quality assurance activities for all deployed solutions.

Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
- Demonstrated strong analytical and robust problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic foundational understanding of networking concepts (e.g., TCP/IP, LAN/WAN) and operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux).
- Familiarity with fundamental cloud computing concepts (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
