Job Description

Raya Contact Center is seeking an Entry Level Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our vibrant team in Cairo. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting activities (calls, emails, social media) to identify and engage with potential clients.
  • Qualify leads based on established criteria and assess their needs for Raya Contact Center's services.
  • Articulate the value proposition of Raya Contact Center's BPO solutions to prospective customers.
  • Schedule introductory meetings and demonstrations for Senior Sales Executives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospecting activities and lead information in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation strategies and campaigns.
  • Continuously learn about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and qualified meetings.
  • Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams on lead quality and conversion.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, persuasive demeanor
  • High level of self-motivation, drive, and a results-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Previous experience in customer service, telemarketing, or a call center environment (even part-time)
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Understanding of BPO services and customer experience management
