Job Description

Raya Contact Center is looking for an enthusiastic Entry Level Recruiter to join our vibrant Talent Acquisition team in Giza. This is a fantastic opportunity for a fresh graduate or someone with minimal experience to learn the ropes of professional recruitment within a fast-paced, international organization. As an Entry Level Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and onboarding the best talent for our diverse operational and support functions. You will be instrumental in ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience, from initial contact through to the offer stage. This role offers hands-on experience with various sourcing strategies, applicant tracking systems, and direct interaction with candidates and hiring managers. You’ll be mentored by experienced recruiters, gaining invaluable insights into the full recruitment lifecycle, employer branding, and effective candidate management. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates for various open positions.
- Screen resumes and applications, conducting initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and ensuring a positive experience.
- Support the Talent Acquisition team with administrative tasks, including job posting management and interview feedback consolidation.
- Participate in career fairs and recruitment events to promote Raya Contact Center as an employer of choice.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and social media outreach efforts.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and refine job requirements.
- Assist in preparing offer letters and managing the pre-onboarding process for new hires.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior internship or volunteer experience in HR or a customer-facing role.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
- Basic understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
