Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and welcome all clients, visitors, and guests with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, taking accurate messages and directing inquiries appropriately.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, ensuring timely distribution and collection.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area, lobby, and common spaces.
  • Assist with scheduling meeting rooms and other facilities for clients and internal staff.
  • Provide basic administrative support, including data entry, filing, and preparing documents.
  • Process client requests and provide information about Regus services and facilities.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition into our workspace.
  • Handle general inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to all individuals.
  • Support the wider center team with various operational tasks as needed.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch.
  • A positive, proactive, and friendly attitude with a strong customer service orientation.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with email and web browsing.
  • Reliability and punctuality for scheduled shifts.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, retail, or hospitality (even volunteer work).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
