Key Responsibilities
- Execute manual test cases, identifying and documenting defects with clear, concise bug reports.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand product requirements and features.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning sessions, contributing to team discussions.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of test plans and test strategies under guidance.
- Conduct various types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Verify bug fixes and ensure issues are resolved effectively without introducing new problems.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies.
- Learn and apply new testing tools and technologies as required by project needs.

- A foundational understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate issues clearly.
