Key Responsibilities
- Assist producers and directors with various tasks during pre-production, production, and post-production phases.
- Support on-set operations, including equipment setup and breakdown, ensuring all necessary props and materials are available.
- Organize and manage production documents, scripts, call sheets, and other essential paperwork.
- Run errands as needed to acquire materials, deliver messages, or support logistical requirements.
- Coordinate with different departments (e.g., technical, talent, editorial) to ensure smooth communication.
- Assist with basic research, fact-checking, and gathering of information for program content.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in studios, control rooms, and production offices.
- Take detailed notes during meetings, rehearsals, and production shoots to aid in follow-up tasks.
