Key Responsibilities

  • Process order modifications, cancellations, and return requests accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (C1/C2 level).

  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office Suite, internet browsers).
