Job Description

Are you passionate about mental well-being and eager to make a tangible difference in people’s lives, even without formal certifications? Benify is looking for an empathetic and proactive Entry Level Mental Health Coach to join our team in Stockholm. This is a unique opportunity for individuals who possess exceptional listening skills, a natural ability to connect with others, and a genuine desire to support mental health, all within a corporate well-being framework. We understand that compassion and the right attitude are just as important as credentials, which is why we offer comprehensive internal training to equip you with the knowledge and tools needed for this vital role.

As an Entry Level Mental Health Coach, you will be a crucial point of contact for employees seeking support and guidance regarding their mental well-being. This is not a clinical therapy role, but rather a coaching position focused on active listening, providing empathetic support, and guiding individuals towards appropriate resources, both internal and external. You will help foster a positive and supportive environment, contributing to a culture where mental health is openly discussed and proactively supported. If you’re a natural helper with a keen interest in human psychology and a desire to grow in the field of corporate well-being, this could be the perfect stepping stone for your career.

  • Actively listen to understand individual concerns, providing a safe and supportive space for open dialogue.
  • Guide employees to relevant internal programs, resources, and external professional services (e.g., EAPs, therapy, counseling) as appropriate.
  • Collaborate with the HR and People & Culture teams to identify trends and contribute to the development of broader well-being initiatives.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to continuously enhance coaching skills and knowledge of mental health best practices.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential records of interactions, adhering strictly to data privacy and ethical guidelines.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive culture by advocating for mental health awareness and destigmatization within the workplace.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional empathy, compassion, and active listening skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
  • A genuine passion for supporting others' well-being and personal growth.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and professional boundaries.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn and develop.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a supportive, caregiving, or customer-facing role.
  • Basic understanding of mental health concepts, stress management techniques, and well-being practices.
  • Familiarity with digital communication tools and platforms.
  • Proficiency in Swedish or other Nordic languages is a plus.

Perks & Benefits

  • Comprehensive internal training and mentorship program focused on mental health coaching.
  • Generous health and wellness benefits, including a wellness allowance.
  • Modern and collaborative office environment in central Stockholm.
  • Opportunities for continuous professional development and career growth.
  • A vibrant, inclusive, and supportive company culture.
  • Flexible working arrangements (e.g., hybrid work model where applicable).
