Key Responsibilities

  • Assist senior Project Managers in planning, executing, and closing IT projects.
  • Support in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Help track project progress, identify potential risks, and contribute to mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, including technical teams, business units, and external vendors.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Organise and schedule project meetings, ensuring all necessary parties are informed and prepared.
  • Support the management of project budgets and resource allocation under guidance.
  • Participate in quality assurance activities and contribute to testing phases.
  • Learn and apply project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Project Management Office (PMO).
