Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, statements, and analyses.
- Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, including journal entries and reconciliations.
- Collaborate with senior finance team members on budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records in compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Reconcile various accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Contribute to the implementation and improvement of financial processes and controls.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Learn and apply company-specific financial software and tools.
- Participate in special finance projects as required.
- Ensure adherence to financial guidelines, policies, and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
