Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, statements, and analyses.
  • Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, including journal entries and reconciliations.
  • Collaborate with senior finance team members on budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records in compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Reconcile various accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Contribute to the implementation and improvement of financial processes and controls.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
  • Learn and apply company-specific financial software and tools.
  • Participate in special finance projects as required.
  • Ensure adherence to financial guidelines, policies, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
