Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the accurate listing and maintenance of product information on our e-commerce platforms, including detailed descriptions, compelling images, competitive pricing, and accurate stock levels.
- Support the efficient processing and fulfillment of online orders, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch of products to customers.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries via email or chat, providing excellent service and resolving issues efficiently and courteously.
- Help with inventory management, coordinating closely with warehouse teams to ensure product availability and update stock counts across all online channels.
- Assist in preparing and uploading promotional content, engaging banners, and other marketing materials for the website to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Conduct regular website audits to ensure data accuracy, link functionality, and overall site integrity, identifying and reporting any discrepancies.
- Gather and analyze basic e-commerce performance data, assisting in the generation of reports to track key metrics and trends.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support online campaigns, new product launches, and seasonal promotions.
- Perform various administrative tasks as required to support the e-commerce department's smooth operation and overall effectiveness.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
